Iranian ‘The Stopped clock’ to vie in US

Iran’s short film ‘The Stopped clock’ has been selected to compete at the 7th Red Dirt Film Festival in the US.

Directed by Mina Sadat Hosseini, the short narrates the story of a woman named Roya who is in a situation that may end in losing her husband, daughter, and job…

The cast includes Solmaz Qasemi, Arman Azizi, Niknaz Zafarnia, Ayda Ebrahimzadeh, etc.

The 3-day Red Dirt festival welcomes films from different genres. The fest is an opportunity to form friendships with fellow filmmakers.

The attendees can learn from each other. The fest includes workshops, panels and Q&A's.

The festival is slated for March 6-8, 2020.
